Rallying from a 30-14 deficit in the fourth quarter, the Seattle squad triumphed 38-37 at home, notching their fifth consecutive victory.
While the Rams had already secured a playoff berth earlier on Sunday, the Seahawks secured their place to the play-offs after a 24-month hiatus.
With this result, the Seahawks have taken over their Conference race with a 12-3 mark, supplanting the Los Angeles, who fell to the fifth seed with an 11-4 record.

The visitors held a 13-7 lead at half-time before Walker broke free for a long scoring dash for Seattle.
